Bio: Thato Magano is a doctoral student in the Program in Comparative Literature at Rutgers University. He holds an MA African Literature from University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. He writes fiction and poetry, his work appearing in Queer Africa 2: New Stories, Long Live the Short Story, Contemporary&, Ufahamu: Journal of African Studies and Gentle Dust, among others.
